1.       RED FLAG::: We have the tables reserved for noon-4 on the 22^nd. outside of B-deis??? 

a.       flags- Home Depot flags

b.      Make Table Schedule- 12-4 ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjckG0Q3hzR0dHJsT3g2SmgzUmJnWFdRN3dwUnFxaWc )

c.       Put up fliers (over the weekend)

d.      At noon we will place the flags that would have been put out from 4am-12 and then after that it will be every 18 minutes

e.      People can dedicate the flags to someone if they would like.

 

Jordan will make the facebook event.
We have to have to HAVE TO have a way to get people resources: the PEAC Moderator can offer resources:: We would love to have Biz’s help!

3.       Jared’s Presentation on Mental Illness::: he did this presentation for PEAC and Patrick asked him to present for TWLOHA. (T’was very informative, thank you, Jared.)

2.       Discussion about elections: (Co-presidents or President?)

We need to be thinking about it.. There will be a binder of information for the new people taking over positions. Think about it <3

4.       TWLOHA Day

2. henna??? How would we do it? Who? Materials? Costs? (Carolyn is forming a “committee” for this)
3. An idea was brought forth? Love written in multiple languages?
4. Request from Jordan: Can it be awesome? Should we remember to be awesome?

5.       The walk: March 31^st. HA! We’re good, but not that good.
Would we like to bring GSA into this? And then have it go on during Awareness week?::: April 21^st.
Ask if we can infringe upon them?
We’re starting from scratch- What goes into it?
                -What route should we take? (Deglman Circle West up the mall [to Gallagher parking lot] turn Right down to Burt and then end at Deglman circle
